The Jason Bairds Black Belt Academy of Martial Arts specialises in providing a safe and friendly environment for your children to train and learn in. All our Instructors are fully qualified to teach your children to the highest standards. Our class program is designed to provide children with the opportunity to develop self-discipline and self-esteem. Children experience the positive aspects of achievement as they progress both physically and intellectually. Martial Arts has many long term benefits. Enrolling your children at a Martial Arts Academy at a younger age will instil leadership skills, responsibility and setting goals which intern will provide them with key life skills for the road into adulthood. Jason Baird's teaching teachnique is a lot different from many other martial arts instructors. With Jason only being in his early 20's children see him as more than an instructor but also as a friend. As Jason has been taught martial arts from a young age he has the advantage of knowing what works best with children and teenagers. At the Jason Baird's Black Belt Academy of Martial arts we feel we have got the balance right as children are taught to train hard to better them selves as individuals as well as having fun at the same time. All our classes are covered by Jason Baird with Black belt instructors and also junior instructors on hand to help out if needed. The Academy is fully fitted with 2 seperate dojo areas. The main dojo has 60 jigsaw mats and 3 wall hanging punch bags with ample room to fit 40 students. The Lil Dragon dojo and Fitness area has room to fit another 40 jigsaw mats, it also has a fully mirrored wall, 2 wavemaster punch bags, freeweights both dumbell and barbell, bench press, cardio equipment, skipping ropes, kick pads, focus mitts and a crash mat for the tricks class. The Academy also has a comfortable waiting area, a Pro shop,changing rooms and toilets.
