What is this programme about? This programme is designed for students aged 10 years and above.It will improve fitness and stamina with aerobic group exercises, learn how to defend against an attacker with our street self defence programme, plus all the things mentioned below. Every class is different to prevent bordom so that each student can train to their maximum potential. What will I be taught? Traditional Shukokai Kata Freestyle sparring both points & light continuous All our syllabus which includes all punches, kicks & blocks Fitness & Conditioning Aerobic & Anaerobic exercises Weight training (15 +) & muscle tone Also you get to option to train to be a competitive martial artists in our Competition class
